~ NO SMOKING includes cigarettes, vapes, weed, or e-cigarettes in/on the property ~ NO PARTIES! ~ NO PETS of any kind allowed and if evidence found, will be evicted without a refund ~ This property has a MAXIMUM OF 10 HUMANS. ~ QUIET TIME 10pm – 7am! ~ Early check in or late check out result in additional fees found in the overview ~ All guests must be at least 25 years old to book and stay at this property. Any guest under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. ~ Photo ID required at check in & that person must be at property during booked stay. ~ Ring Security Camera, for your safety and ours, located on the front porch. ~ 30A is golf cart and bike friendly. However, golf carts are not to be driven past the town of Seaside to the East or past Stinky's restaurant to the West.
Other Details to Note
To ensure the home is perfectly prepared for every guest, we are unable to accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests. Check-out is promptly at 10:00 AM. A fee of $50.00 will be charged for the first half-hour past check-out, and $100.00 for each subsequent half-hour. For your convenience, we provide 4 beach chairs and an umbrella for your days on the sand. Pets are not allowed. You will be charged $500 if you bring a pet and asked to leave the property without refund

Guest Access
Guests will have private access to the entire beach home and backyard. There are two locked owner's closets that are not accessible. You will also have full access to the community pool, located just a few steps from the front door. Parking is available for up to 4 cars directly at the property.
