Wildlife: Black bears are active in this area. Please do not leave food in your car and ensure all vehicle doors are locked at all times. Trash Disposal: All trash must be placed in the provided bear-proof bins outside. If bins are full, please keep trash bagged inside the cabin until check-out to avoid attracting wildlife. Seasonal Fireplace: The indoor gas fireplace is operational from October 1st through April 30th. To use it, simply turn the timer dial on the right-hand side to your desired duration. Check-in/Check-out: To ensure the cabin is perfectly clean for all our guests, we cannot accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests. Check-out is promptly at 10:00 AM. Late Departure Fees: Failure to vacate the property by 10:00 AM will result in a $50.00 fee for the first half-hour and $100.00 for each subsequent half-hour. Pet Policy Enforcement: If a pet is brought onto the property, you will be charged a $500 fee and asked to leave immediately without a refund.
