A Pack 'n Play for those traveling with little ones.

Any guest under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. ~ Photo ID required at check in & that person must be at property during booked stay. ~ Ring Security Camera, for your safety and ours, located on the front porch. ~ 30A is golf cart and bike friendly. However, golf carts are not to be driven past the town of Seaside to the East or past Stinky's restaurant to the West.

Check-in/Check-out: To ensure the beach house is perfectly clean for all our guests, we cannot accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests. Check-out is promptly at 10:00 AM. Late Departure Fees: Failure to vacate the property by 10:00 AM will result in a $50.00 fee for the first half-hour and $100.00 for each subsequent half-hour. Beach Gear: For your convenience, we provide 4 beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach towels. Grill: The Weber grill is charcoal-based. Please bring your own charcoal (BYOC). Fire Pit: The fire pit in the back is for your safe use. Please bring your own firewood, it is available at the local Publix, Ace.
